Description

Departing from your hotel, set off for a day exploring the most important sites of the Xi’an region: the Terracotta Army and the tomb of Emperor Jingdi.

A bus will transport you directly from your hotel to the site of the terracotta warriors. Tour the 3 main trenches of the site to admire up-close the army of clay warriors that were buried within the mausoleum to accompany Emperor Qin in his final resting place. Follow with a visit to a workshop where you can learn how artisans reproduce these clay figures.

After your visit, lunch in a local traditional restaurant before taking the bus to the tomb of Emperor Jingdi.

Discover the impressive complex built in two sections with your guide. The site includes the Mausoleum Museum and the excavations. Immerse yourself into the history of the Han dynasty during the tour of the mausoleum before heading back to the hotel at the end of your day.

  • A shuttle bus will collect you from your hotel between 7:30am and 9am
