Water Taxi Transfer: Your Hotel in Venice → Marco Polo Airport

Please note: the shuttle service operates from 7:30am to 9:30pm for flights departing at 10:30am or later.

This transfer is available for hotels located in central Venice only. The service is not available for private addresses.

• Availability: every day (excluding exceptional dates)
• Times: 7:30am to 9:30pm
• Duration: approx. 1 hour
• Departure point: your hotel or the main meeting point

Luggage:

• This transfer includes 1 medium-sized piece of luggage + 1 piece of hand luggage per person (see "Luggage" document for details)
• A supplement will be charged for each extra piece of luggage, payable to the driver in cash on the day (see "Luggage" document for details)

The transfer:

• The shuttle service operates from 7:30am to 9:30pm for flights departing at 10:30am or later
• The last shuttle airport is at 6:00pm
• The duration of the transfer can vary depending on traffic
• Your hotel will receive written confirmation of your water taxi transfer the day before your scheduled departure
• This transfer is available for hotels located in central Venice only. The service is not available for private addresses
• You will be collected from the nearest water taxi stop to your hotel (see "Water Taxi Stops" document for details)
• The water taxi is not private, the transfer will be shared with other passengers. This means that you will either be taken straight to the airport, or after making several pick-ups
• This transfer is not accessible to wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility
• The itinerary is subject to change in extremely bad weather or traffic conditions (notably from May to November, during events such as the Regata for example). If your transfer is modified, you will be contacted by the service provider (in exceptional circumstances, the service could be forced to drop passengers at Piazzale Roma bus station, in these cases, the service will be operate from Piazzale Roma by minibus without any extra cost
• Clients are required to show up at the foreseen meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time
• The pick-up time will be approx. 3 hours and half before the flight
