You'll start the evening with an aperitif in the foyer of the théâtre and then move on to the Apollonian rooms of the théâtre.eacute;âtre La Fenice, rooms dedicated to Apollo, the Sun god in reference to Louis XIV, the Sun King, patron of ballet and the arts.
During the meal, you'll be entertained by performances from opera singers and costumed dancers, who will perform in the halls.The menu is entrusted to the chef, who has been inspired by the sea and the Venetian lagoon (you can choose a vegetarian menu or a meat-based menu if you don't want fish).
After dinner, you'll continue your evening dancing in the foyer with the orchestra for the grand ball of dances. Prosecco*, hot chocolate and fritelles vénitiennes (carnival fritters) will be served throughout the evening.The Maîtres de ballet will also be on hand to show you some dances! You'll be able to dance like them in a refined 18th-century setting.
