Learn to surf on Bondi's famous beach during a beginner-friendly course!

Join the Let's Go Surfing team in North Bondi and get introduced to the joys of surfing in a unique setting. This course designed for beginners will enable you to learn the basics of surfing safely and at your own pace.

Your lesson will start on the sand, where you'll be guided to recognize surf conditions and learn essential techniques before entering the water. You'll then practice on breaking waves to familiarize yourself with the sensation of gliding.

Thanks to small-group coaching, you'll benefit from personalized advice to help you get up on your board and catch your first wave. In just two hours, you'll discover how easy and fun it can be to learn to surf on one of Australia's most iconic beaches.

  • Validity: every day (except in exceptional cases)
  • Duration: approx. 2h
  • Schedule: the schedule will be determined according to the tides. Once on site, you'll need to contact our partner to obtain this schedule (contact details will be indicated on your voucher; your hotel reception can take care of this call). We advise you to book your day to make sure that the time you are given fits in with your schedule
  • Starting point : Bondi Beach, about 20 minutes from the center of Sydney (the exact address will be indicated on your voucher)
  • To take part in this activity, simply present your voucher to the service provider on site
  • Minimum age to take part in this activity is 12 years
  • The activity is not authorized for pregnant women and people who have undergone surgery, a fracture or an epileptic seizure in the last 6 months
  • To take part in the activity, it is forbidden to be under the influence of alcohol (less than 0.05%)
  • We advise you to bring a swimsuit and towel
  • This activity may be cancelled in the event of bad weather. A refund or alternative date will be offered in this case
  • You will be able to wear contact lenses. However, you will not be able to wear glasses
