Good to know

  • Availability: every day (except under exceptional circumstances)
  • Duration: 1, 2, 3 or 5 days (consecutive use)
     
  • You're asked to choose a provisional date to reserve your pass, but please note the validity of your pass actually starts from its first use(time limit: 2 years after purchase)
  • The first day use of the All-inclusive Pass is based on the calendar day, not a working-week day. For example, if your first day of use is Monday at 4pm, this Monday is counted as a day of use. We therefore recommend you to use your pass as early as possible in the day
  • On booking, you will receive an email that will enable you to download the Go City app and to synchronize your pass bought with Ceetiz, in order to use it easily on your phone during your stay. Please make sure to fill in your email address correctly when booking
  • If you don't want to use the app, you will be able to download a PDF version of your pass (with QR code to show at the entrance to each attraction) and the information booklet, including the addresses and opening times of each attraction. You will be able to save it on your phone or print it out 
  • You can visit as many attractions as you like each day. Each attraction can only be visited once a day (some attractions can only be visited once). These will be indicated in the guide
  • Fast-track access is only for certain activities. In addition, some attractions require a reservation. This will be stated in your information booklet
  • Most attractions are free for babies. They therefore don't need a pass
