Description

Explore the campus of Silicon Valley and its surroundings during this day trip!
After a drive from downtown San Francisco, you'll meet up with your guide and set off to discover Silicon Valley, the famous high-tech cluster south of San Francisco. On arrival, you'll visit the famous Googleplex, Google's headquarters in Mountain View. You'll have the opportunity to discover the unique atmosphere of the campus, with its sculptures, bike paths and themed offices. Discover the Visitor Center, where you'll learn more about Google's groundbreaking projects.

Then delve into the fascinating history of computing at the Museum of Computer History, also in Mountain View. Here, you'll explore exhibits tracing the evolution of technology, from ancient computing devices to modern supercomputers. Among the museum's highlights are the Apple I, Google's first server, and the revolutionary ENIAC.

After a lunch break in Palo Alto, you'll have the opportunity to discover daily life in one of the richest and most educated cities in the USA. Time permitting, you'll visit the modest HP garage, cradle of the city's technological boom. You'll also make a stop at Stanford University to admire its impressive architecture and learn more about its key role in the creation of Silicon Valley.

The afternoon will continue with a visit to Apple's Visitor Center, where you can explore the brand's latest innovations through interactive stations and a virtual reality experience of the campus.

Finally, you'll return to San Francisco via the verdant landscapes of Crystal Springs Reservoir and San Andreas Lake, arriving in town just in time for dinner.
