Visit the Saint Peter's Basilica cupola and enjoy a splendid view of Rome during this guided visit.
Accompanied by your guide, start the visit off by visiting the cupola of the basilica. Enjoy the panoramic view of Rome, and take photos as you wish. Return to the inside of the Basilica where you guide will leave you so that you may visit it at your own pace.
If you so wish, you may also have a guided visit of the Basilica. Learn more from your guide about the alter, Bernin canopy, and La Pieta, the famous work by Michelangelo. Finish the visit in the crypts, where numerous popes are buried.

Duration: The visit the the cupola takes 45 minutes; visiting the cupola, basilica and crypts takes 2 hours 25 minutes

This activity is not available for those with reduced mobility
The elevator to the cupola does not go all the way up, visitors must still take the last 320 steps. Please allow yourself approximately 20 minutes if you wish to climb up the dome.
