Enjoy an immersive tour of the Colosseum by visiting the underground passages and access the centre of the arena with a professional guide!

You'll meet your expert guide near the Colosseum, where they will give you a brief introduction to this ancient part of Rome.

They will then take you to the Colosseum's underground areas. These eerily quiet corridors once served as chambers where gladiators and wild animals were held before their bloody fight.

You'll then follow in the gladiators' footsteps by visiting the centre of the arena. Even though it's been partially rebuilt, it's still an immersive experience. Don't forget your camera!

  • This activity isn't wheelchair-friendly
  • The fast-track ticket is just for quick access, and you'll still have to queue for the compulsory security check
  • Important: The Coliseum administration office may decide, at the latest on the day of your visit, to slightly shift the entry time to the Colosseum. If your visit's delayed by more than 20 minutes from the original time you'll be informed by email
  • Please bring a valid photo ID you will have to present it at the entrance to the Colosseum
  • Weather conditions don't impact the activity (except under exceptional circumstances)
  • We recommend you wear comfy shoes and bring a water bottle
