Your local guide will pick you up at the closest bus stop to your hotel and will take you to the Landmannalaugar mountain area. You will travel through a protected natural area, and will see the Hjalparfoss double waterfall.
In the heart of the Landmannalaugar region, marvel at the beauty of the colourful mountains. Relax in a natural hot pool or go for a hike in the colourful mountains.
You will continue your tour to Hekla, one of the most famous and active of Iceland's volcanoes. On the return journey back to Reykjavik, you will pass through the Hellisheiði geothermal area.
