When making your booking, you will be asked to choose between: 

• Meet directly at the heliport (which you will reach by your own means)
• A transfer organised by our provider from your accommodation Please note that transfers to the Saint-Gilles heliport are only valid for hotels in the west of the island (from Boucan to Saint-Leu). No pick-ups will be made from private locations (gîtes, rentals, homes, etc.), only from HOTELS

• Availability: every day (except in exceptional cases)
• Schedule: the exact time of the flight will be confirmed to you the day before in order to take advantage of the best possible weather conditions
• Duration: 55 minutes (flight times indicated may be subject to change depending on weather conditions)
• Departure point: Saint-Gilles les Bains heliport // your hotel if you choose the option with transfers; transfers are only possible from Hôtels de l'Ouest (from Boucan to Saint-Leu). Airbnb rentals are not included!
• PLEASE NOTE: no pick-ups will be made from private locations (gîtes, rentals, homes, etc.), only from HOTELS
   
• To take part in this activity all you need to do is present your voucher to the provider on site
• You'll need to arrive 30 minutes before your flight time to board
• The helicopter used for this activity was manufactured in France by Airbus hélicoptère. The interior is spacious and offers a panoramic view to fully enjoy the scenery. The cabin has a maximum capacity of 6 passengers and 1 pilot
• It is very difficult to anticipate the weather conditions on Réunion. The weather briefing is therefore carried out on site, 15 minutes before the announced take-off time
• This activity may be modified or cancelled in the event of poor weather conditions. A refund, an alternative date or a different itinerary will be offered in this case
• The flight may also be postponed if the minimum number of participants (5 people) is not reached
• Children under 2 years of age can participate and will be seated on their parents' laps maximum 1 baby per flight)
• Passengers must be provided with ID for check-in
• Passengers will be seated according to each person's build: the 2 smallest and lightest are placed at the front, the other 4 are placed at the rear. The rear seats are raised and arranged to take advantage of a panoramic view
• Placement is equitable, favoring at least one person from each group as far as possible and within the limits of the regulations
• For technical and organizational reasons, we strongly advise you to inform the service provider in advance if one of your passengers is a person with reduced mobility (in a wheelchair, with a cane or crutch) or corpulent (over 100 kg)
• For reasons of safety, security and comfort, only sunglasses, cameras and cell phones in airplane mode are allowed on board. Bags and cases must remain on the ground. We advise you to wear dark clothing to minimize reflections when taking photos on board the aircraft
