Description

Make the most of New Zealand's fabulous landscapes on this day of adventure:

  • Speedboat cruise

Leave Queenstown and head to the Dart River for a speedboat cruise! You will travel along the river's various watercourses while surrounded by snowcapped peaks, valleys and waterfalls!

  • Forest hike

In the company of your guide, you will take a short hike along the "Heritage Trail". You will spend 30 to 40 minutes learning all about the fauna and flora, as well as the history of the forest and the Maoris who live in the region (commentary in English).

  • Discover the Lord of the Rings filming locations

Your tour will end with a car trip along the winding mountain roads. From there you will look out over the superb landscapes and enjoy the exceptional views. You will also be able to see several sites that feature in the famous Lord of the Rings trilogy!

At the end of this exciting day you will be driven back to Queenstown!
