  • Availability: everyday (except December 24, December 31 and other exceptional dates)
  • Departure time: the service is available for flights departing between 4am and 9pm
  • Duration: the duration depends on traffic and your departure point
  • Departure point: any address in Paris (postcodes starting 75)
  • All the minibuses are air-conditioned, no-smoking and equipped with GPS
  • Private shuttle transfer service: in the event of any problems, customers can contact the service provider either from a phone box (for free), or from a mobile phone
  • Departure and return procedure: pick-up times are always 4 hours before take-off for airport transfers. Should the customer contest the pick-up time, the driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes before leaving the pick-up address. Pick-up will be within a 15–20 minute time slot of the indicated time; beyond this point, the carrier is no longer responsible for transferring the customer and reserves the right to refuse a refund. At any given time, the carrier cannot be held responsible for a customer's missed flight, train, meeting or other transport
  • The carrier can only collect clients from addresses within Paris itself, that is from hotels and other addresses with postcodes beginning 75
  • Should a customer wish to be collected from or taken to an address outside Paris, the carrier reserves the right not to oblige, or, should they do so, to ask that a supplementary fee be paid. The price of this fee is to be fixed by the carrier and and is payable on the day; it will vary according to the time and place of the transfer, and the distance to be covered
  • Children: we advise customers traveling with a baby to bring their own car seat. Customers traveling with their own car seat for children must take full responsability for attaching the seat and for the safety of the child in it
  • Luggage: transport of 1 normal or average-sized bag (plus hand luggage) per passenger included. The shuttle company/chauffeur reserves the right to charge a supplement for additional luggage. If there is not sufficient space in the vehicle to transport the extra luggage, the shuttle company reserves the right to refuse to transport the client. Further information about the charges levied for extra luggage may be obtained by contacting the shuttle company

    Animals: the shuttle company reserves the right to class animals of all kinds as additional luggage. Should there not be sufficient space in the minibus for additional luggage the shuttle company reserves the right to refuse to transport the client. Large animals must travel in a cage in the back of the vehicle

As usual, arrived on time, helped with quite a lot of unusual luggage both at hotel and airport. Once again, happy to recommend this service. I use it each time I travel to and from Paris and have never had a single problem with the service

Driver was punctual (a bit early, actually- this was nice.) We arrived with plenty of time for check in. We were left at an entry that was not yet unlocked due to the early hour of our flight. It would have been preferable to have our large, sleepy group deposited at a door that was open. We found an unlocked entrance around the corner. Overall, the transport was smooth and professional.

Convenient, easy to schedule, prompt, and courteous. Only issue is the system of requiring a confirmation 48 hours prior to your flight even when you've completed the reservation and have printed a voucher. If confirmation is needed, the office should send an email or let you "check-in" on line. Also, if issues arise after hours the office is only open from 8:00-20:00, which is potentially problematic.
