• Availability: every day except Tuesdays and public holidays (except in exceptional circumstances).
   
• Full names and ages of participants must be given when booking. For security reasons, you must show proof of identity on site, otherwise you will not be admitted
• An audio guide available in 4 languages will be made available to you via an application. Full details will be sent to you when your order is confirmed
• Reserved access to the Musée du Louvre allows you to avoid queuing to buy your ticket, but does not guarantee queue-cutting access
• The time and date given are valid for the Musée du Louvre until the museum closes
• The ticket does not include temporary exhibitions
• The cloakroom is compulsory for bulky bags, pushchairs and umbrellas
• This tour is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is no lift on the tour route
• The Musée du Louvre closes at 6pm (except on special dates)
• Young people under 18, under 26 and students residing in the European Economic Area benefit from free admission to the Louvre Museum
