Description

Take part in a tour of the Opéra Garnier, a glorious institution dedicated to music and the arts, with a private guide.

The mysteries of this Second Empire building will be revealed as you discover its unique architecture and ornate interiors, as well as the wide variety of materials that were used in its construction. The majestic auditorium is sure to leave you speechless!

Commissioned by Napoleon III as part of his major renovation of Paris, the Opéra Garnier remains Europe's largest opera house, and a stunning example of Second Empire art and architecture. The site has inspired numerous novels over the years, the most famous of which is undoubtedly Gaston Leroux's Phantom of the Opera – during your tour you'll experience its powerful atmosphere, both dramatic and mysterious.

This exquisite palace will open its doors to you after closing its doors to the public. Lose yourself in its corridors and marvel at the richness of its architecture and the sheer brilliance of its interiors.

Fall under the spell of the sculpture of the enigmatic Pythia, before ascending the Great Staircase which leads to the auditorium* as well as the various reception rooms and foyers.

Get ready for a magical, timeless experience!
