This private shuttle service offers you a quick and easy journey from one of the major Parisian railway stations (Gare de Lyon, Gare Montparnasse, Gare du Nord, Gare Saint-Lazare or Gare de l'Est) to any location in Paris! 

You will be personally welcomed by your chauffeur upon arrival at the station, and shown to your private vehicle.

So forget about struggling with heavy luggage, contending with commuters or following abstract directions; this service offers you the chance to travel straight to your destination in Paris without the stress and hassle of public transport and without waiting in line for a taxi. 

Choose between a vehicle for 1 to 4 people and a vehicle for 5 to 8 people.

Good to know

  • Duration: the duration depends upon where your journey begins and ends, as well as on the traffic
  • Starting point: a parisian train station
  • All of the minibuses are air-conditioned, non-smoking and equipped with a GPS system.
  • Clients can only be transported within Paris city limits. The address of your hotel or accommodation must have a post code beginning with 75. If the client wishes to be taken to an address in the Paris suburbs, the driver may refuse this request. If they accept, an additional fee will be demanded. The amount depends on the time, place and distance.
  • After 8pm, if the client is delayed the minibus will wait for one hour after the scheduled arrival time. If the client still hasn't arrived after an hour, the shuttle company will do all that they can to fulfil their commitment to transport the client, but they cannot be held responsible if the journey is not feasible. The shuttle company cannot be held responsible for any additional charges that the client may have to pay as a result of their late arrival
  • Children: all of the vehicles are equipped with a booster seat. We would advise clients travelling with their baby to bring their own child seat. Clients who bring their own child seat will be entirely responsible for securing the child seat to the car seat, and for the safety of the child who uses it.
  • Luggage: there is no charge to transport 1 normal or average-sized bag, as well as hand luggage, per client. The shuttle company/chauffeur reserves the right to levy an additional charge for additional luggage. The shuttle company reserves the right to refuse to transport the client if there is not sufficient space in the minibus for their extra luggage. Further information about the charges levied for extra luggage may be obtained by contacting the shuttle company.
  • Animals: the shuttle company reserves the right to class animals of all kinds as additional luggage. Should there not be sufficient space in the minibus for additional luggage the shuttle company reserves the right to refuse to transport the client. Large animals must travel in a cage in the back of the vehicle.

    Strikes and Protests: the shuttle company cannot be held in any way responsible for delays, missed flights or transfers, or for additional cost to the client, that are the result of strikes, industrial action or protests. Such events can occur in France as in any other country in the world. During these times, the shuttle company reserves the right to modify reservations, confirmations and collection times as they deem necessary.

    Vehicles: in extreme circumstances the shuttle company reserves the right to replace the vehicles that are normally used with replacement forms of transport: taxis, cars or vehicles belonging to partner shuttle service providers. In this case, such vehicles may or may not bear the company logo.

    Price includes:

    • A shuttle service between one of the major train stations of central Paris and an address in Paris 
    • The services of a chauffeur

    Cancellation Terms & Conditions
    No charges will be levied for cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of the activity (excluding special dates). After this, the following charges will be levied:
    Between 7 and 4 days prior: 50% of the price
    After this time and in case of a no-show: 100% of the price
    Any reservation made for special dates cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.
