Description

Explore the largest museum in Paris, home to historic works of art including the world-famous "Mona Lisa".

Wherever your interests lie, be it the ancient civilizations of the Mediterranean or the early 19th century, art-lovers are sure to find a collection to impress and delight them.

Located in the heart of Paris, between the Right Bank of the Seine and the Rue de Rivoli, this legendary site houses a timeless collection of varied, cosmopolitan artwork.

Your guided tour of the Louvre Museum will last 2 hours 30 minutes, starting with I.M. Pei's glass Pyramid in the Napoleon courtyard which was commissioned by François Mitterrand in 1983. Your guide/interpretor will base your tour around three main masterpieces: the Venus de Milo, the Winged Victory of Samothrace and the must-see Mona Lisa, by Leondardo da Vinci.

The tour begins at 2:15pm.
