Description

Plunge into the heart of Montmartre's southern district and discover Parisian specialties!

Starting from the must-see cabaret Le Moulin Rouge, you'll set off to discover the Pigalle district lying at the foot of the Butte Montmartre. You'll follow your guide through this historic district, popular with celebrities such as Joséphine Baker and Georges Bizet.

You'll start the tour by exploring the southern district of Pigalle, before visiting a 120-year-old confectionery with your expert guide. You'll enjoy a tasting of chocolates from one of France's top chefs.

Extend your tour with a stop at a wine cellar, where you'll enjoy a glass of wine or beer accompanied by charcuterie.

On this gourmet itinerary, you'll also have the opportunity to sample some of Paris's best choux, typical jams and pastries, or ice cream in summer, all while strolling near the Musée Gustave Moreau, the Musée Grévin, and the Palais Garnier.

Finally, the last stop will be at a century-old cheese factory, where a cheesemonger will explain all about the cheese-ripening process before moving on to a tasting.

You'll enjoy a total of 8 tastings at the neighborhood's finest artisans.

All along this discovery of South Montmartre, you'll taste local products from short circuits, in a sustainable tourism approach and to promote French know-how.
