Description

Learn how to make the famous French baguette with an artisanal baker!

Didier is an artisanal baker who is passionate about his work. He is offering the chance to visit his bakery to discover some of the emblematic products of French bakeries.

With him, you will get your hands in the dough to learn how to make the traditional baguette. He will speak to you about different types of bread and teach you two different baguette recipes. You will also learn how to make proper croissants.

Thanks to his numerous tips, you will be able to try out at home the recipes learnt during the class.

  • Availability: Tuesday to Friday, excluding exceptional dates
  • Duration: 2 hrs. approx.
  • Time: 10am
  • Languages: English, French, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German
  • Didier will be accompanied by an interpreter for all languages other than French.
  • The class will take place in a bakery in the 14th arrondissement of Paris

 

  • To take part in this activity, simply present your voucher on the day.
  • This activity may be booked by groups of 1–10 people only.
Cancellation Terms & Conditions

No charges will be levied for cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of the activity (excluding special dates). After this, the following charges will be levied:
Between 7 and 4 days prior: 50% of the price
After this time and in case of a no-show: 100% of the price
Any reservation made for special dates cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.

  • This is a wonderful class. I learned everything necessary to make a perfect bagutte. The baker, Didier, is a great teacher and the interperator Jason made the class very interesting.
