Description

If you have just landed and you need to get to your Parisian accommodation or hotel, a direct shuttle transfer is the answer. This shuttle's pick-up service means you won't have to worry about a thing.

No public transport, no bags to carry, no risk of getting lost: a chauffeur will be at your disposal for swift, secure transfers on board an air-conditioned minivan.

A shared shuttle with other clients (capacitty of up to 8 persons) will wait for you at the Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport and the driver will take you to your hotel in Paris.

Good to know

  • Departure times: This transfer service is guaranteed for landings between 4am and 7pm, and take-offs  between 4am and 9pm.
  • Duration: the duration is dependant on traffic conditions and your point of departure/arrival.
  • Points of departure at the airport: (can be subject to last-minute changes) : Roissy Charles de Gaulle Terminal 1 (departures level, exit 12), Terminal 2A (exit 8), Terminal 2B (exit 10), Terminal 2C (exit 8) Terminal 2D (exit 10), Terminal 2E (exit 8), Terminal 2F (exit 8), Terminal 2G (in front of the main door), Terminal 3 (in front of the main door).
  • All minivans are air-conditioned, non-smoking vehicles fitted with GPS systems.
  • Please reserve AT LEAST 48 hours in advance.

Shared shuttle transfer service: The client must call the transfer-provider after having collected baggage (a telephone number will be given at the time of reservation). The client will then be directed to a specified meeting point where the driver and vehicle will be located

  • The carrier cannot pick-up or drop-off clients outside of Paris itself. More specifically the carrier will only service addresses/hotels whose postcode begins with '75...'. Should the client wish to be dropped off at/picked up from an address located in the suburbs of Paris, the carrier reserves the right to refuse transfer, or, if the transfer is possible, to enforce a fixed additional fee, which will be payable at the time of transfer. This sum is subject to change, according to the time of transfer and the transfer itself, the location of the address and the distance.
  • After 8pm, the driver will wait for a period of 1 hour after the scheduled time of arrival. After this waiting time, the driver will do everything possible to carry out the delayed client's transfer, but cannot be held responsible if the transfer cannot be carried out. The driver can also not be held responsible for any extra costs thatmay be inccured by the client due to late arrival.
  • Children: For clients travelling with babies, we highly recommend bringing your own baby-seats. Clients travelling with the carrier and using their own baby-seats must accept full responsibility for it's correct fitting and for the child using the device.
  • Baggage: Each client may bring one medium/regular sized suitcase free of charge, as well as one piece of hand-luggage. The driver reserves the right to apply extra costs for each extra piece of baggage. Should there not be enough room to transport the extra baggage, the driver reserves the right to refuse transfer. A complete baggage tariff can be obtained from the carrier.
  • Animals: The driver reserves the right to class all animals as 'extra baggage'. Should there not be enough room to transport the animals, the driver reserves the right to refuse transfer. Large animals must be in cages during transfer and placed at the back of the vehicle.
  • Validity: Every day (except 24/12, 31/12 and exceptional circumstances)
  • Spoken languages: French, English
  • Strikes & demonstrations: The carrier can never be held responsible for delays, missed flights, transfers or any extra costs that may arise through strikes, industrial movements or demonstrations within France or worldwide. During such periods, the carrier reserves the right to modify reservations, confrimations and pick-up times as he deems necessary.
  • All minivans are air-conditioned, non-smoking and fitted with GPS systems.
  • Vehicles: In extreme circumstances, the carrier reserves the right to replace the normal transfer-vehicles with substitute transportation (taxis, cards, partner transfer-companies..), which may or may not bear the company logo.

The price includes:

  • Transfer by shuttle: CDG-Paris (inner-city) / Paris (inner-city)-CDG
  • Services of a chauffeur

The price doesn't include:

  • Gratuities (optional)
  • Any other extras
Cancellation Terms & Conditions

No charges will be levied for cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of the activity (excluding special dates). After this, the following charges will be levied:
Between 7 and 4 days prior: 50% of the price
After this time and in case of a no-show: 100% of the price
Any reservation made for special dates cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.
