• Train class (2nd or 1st) must be selected at time of booking – changes are not possible afterward
• Passenger names must be entered at booking – changes are not allowed after confirmation
• No guide or assistance is included on-site
• Original passport required on the day of travel
• Abbey entry ticket is valid once, with no fixed time slot
• The abbey is closed on January 1st and 30th, February 5th, May 1st, October 5th and December 25th  – no ticket will be issued and no refund offered
• Admission is free on certain days (first Sunday of the month from November to March, September 19 & 20) – no ticket will be issued and no refund offered. There is no timed entry, you can visit the abbey whenever you want
• Meals are not included (expect €20–35 per person)
• There are roughly 100 steps up to the abbey – comfortable walking shoes recommended
• Luggage is allowed but must remain under your supervision
• Delays or strikes (railway or abbey) may reduce your visit time or alter the itinerary – no refund will be provided
• No refund will be offered for missed trains, regardless of reason
