Important information

  • Availability: the pass is valid for 9 days starting from the date of first use
  • The CityPASS comes in the form of a QR code to present at each attraction, either on your mobile phone or on a printed page (1 QR code per person). It will be sent to you by email
  • You will be asked to indicate a provisional date for your visit when you book the pass, but your mobile ticket is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase​
  • Present your tickets on a mobile device (or print them) for entry to the included attractions.
  • New York C3® tickets include one-time admission to 3 of the following attractions: Empire State Building Observatory, Top of the Rock® Observation Deck, Ferry Access to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, Edge at Hudson Yards, American Museum of Natural History, Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises (Pier 83 – Midtown West 42nd St. and 12th Ave. New York, NY 10036), The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), Intrepid Museum, or Guggenheim Museum.
  • Most attractions require advanced reservations
  • For children of 5 and below, most attractions are free
  • Cancellations/refunds are available on unused CityPASS® tickets within 365 days from purchase date. Note: tickets with usage includes tickets with advanced reservations and/or tickets that have been scanned for entry at any attraction.
