Good to know

• Availability: every day (except in exceptional cases)
   
• Detailed information, in particular how to contact your driver, will be sent to you by email after your booking
• Allowed luggage: One suitcase and one small piece of hand luggage per person. Please request a vehicle large enough for passengers and their luggage. If you have more luggage, a supplement will be charged on site, or you will be refused entry to the vehicle
• The following are not allowed inside the vehicle : alcoholic beverages, glass containers, explosives, firearms, fireworks
• Smoking is not permitted on board vehicles
• Car seats are only available for sedans and SUVs, at a supplement of $40 per trip
• New York legislation does not make child seats mandatory for this type of vehicle
   
• Information for airport to hotel transfers:
• Depending on flight origin, your driver will wait for you for a maximum time as follows:
  - Domestic flights: 45 min
  - International flights: 90 min
• After these respective times, your reservation will be considered cancelled and non-refundable
• Flight schedules are checked live. If your aircraft is delayed, your driver will be notified and will wait for you at your actual landing time
