Description

You’ll meet your guide in the heart of Madrid, in front of Heladería Palazzo. Your tour begins at the famous statue of the Bear and the Strawberry Tree, the official symbol of the city.

Next, you’ll head to Plaza Mayor, known for its grand architecture, and Plaza de la Villa, one of the city’s oldest squares. Your guide will share stories and legends that have shaped the identity of the Spanish capital.

You’ll then walk toward the Almudena Cathedral before reaching the Royal Palace, the largest royal residence in Western Europe. Nearby, you’ll also see the prestigious Royal Theater, built in the 19th century.

Your route continues to Plaza de España, where the statue of Miguel de Cervantes stands proudly with his characters Don Quixote and Sancho Panza. The tour ends at the Temple of Debod, a genuine Egyptian temple from the 2nd century BC, offering a beautiful view over the city.
