Important information

  • Validity: the pass can be used every day. It is valid for 9 days from the date of first use
  • The CityPASS comes in the form of a QR code that you'll need to present at each attraction, either on your mobile or in printed form (1 QR code per person). It will be sent to you by email
  • You will be asked to indicate a provisional date for your visit when you book the pass, but your mobile ticket is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase​
  • Please note: some attractions require advance booking, so we advise you to book in advance to guarantee availability
  • For children under 5, there's no need to book a CityPASS as entry will be free to most attractions
