Description

Explore the Victoria and Albert Museum and visit Apsley House, accompanied by a private guide that specializes in the history of art.

Built following the Great Exhibition of 1851, the Victoria and Albert Museum is the largest museum in the world that is dedicated to applied arts, design and industry. You will also be able to see an extensive collection of oil and watercolour paintings.

You will then go for a walk in Knightsbridge, where Apsley House is located, which was the residence of the Dukes of Wellington. The house contains a whole host of items, paintings and sculptures that were given to the first Duke of Wellington as a reward for his victory over Napoleon at Waterloo.
