The London Pass® is available for 1, 2, 3, 6 or 10 consecutive days and gives you access to over 80 attractions, including London's most prestigious sites such as the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Windsor Castle and Kensington Palace. Getting around town and between the different attractions is also made easy with your Oyster Card, included with the pass, which gives you access to all public transport in London for the duration of the pass.

Good to know

  • Opening hours: London's museums, monuments and attractions are generally open from 10am to 6pm
  • Your London Pass ® gives you the right to skip-the-line at the entrance to certain sites; however, you may still be required to undergo security checks prior to entry
  • We recommend that you consult the opening hours of the individual sites before planning your visit
  • The back of your London Pass® must be signed and dated before first use
  • The London Pass® is activated upon first use
  • The duration of the pass is counted in calendar days. For example, if you use your pass for the first time on a Monday at 4pm, Monday will be counted as a full day of use

  • The London Pass® does not grant access to temporary exhibitions or guided tours
  • The London Pass® is nominative and can be used exclusively by the person designated on the pass
  • Pets are not allowed in any of the attractions
  • The London Pass® has a “credits value” reflecting maximum gate prices (a total value of attraction admissions) and the number of days you select. For example, with a 6-day adult London Pass® you will get a value £605 worth of attraction credits which you can use during 6 consecutive days
  • You will be asked to indicate a provisional date for your visit but this date is not restrictive. Your pass is valid for 1, 2, 3, 6 or 10 consecutive days from the first use, which can be any time within a year of purchase
  • You will need to collect your official London Pass® from the address indicated on your voucher. Don't forget to print your voucher and present at the ticket desk
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult

Your Oyster card pass gives you free access to the following transport:

  • The Underground
  • London Buses
  • The Docklands Light Rail
  • Train zones 1 to 6
  • The TramLink
  • The First Great Western up to Windsor

Your Oyster Card will come credited with the following amount:

  • 1-day pass – £10
  • 2-day pass – £15
  • 3-day pass – £25
  • 6-day pass – £45
  • 10-day pass – £50

NB: each journey within central London costs roughly £2.40. If you run out of credit, you can recharge your Oyster Card at any Underground station and various other locations around the city

Cancellation Terms & Conditions
No charges will be levied for cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of the activity (excluding special dates). After this, the following charges will be levied:
Between 7 and 4 days prior: 50% of the price
After this time and in case of a no-show: 100% of the price
Any reservation made for special dates cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.

  • le pass est plutôt pratique car il permet de faire de réelles économies. Dommage que big ben ne soit pas inclus dedans. Les 15 L de transports sont toutefois pas assez pour un pass de 2 jours, nous avons du le recharger à plusieurs reprises (il faut donc le prévoir dans son budget voyage). Dommage également que le système ne soit pas plus automatique aux caisses des attractions (Westminster : nous avons du faire la queue pendant plus de 2h = matinée fichue pour les autres visites).

  • Très bon service. Penser à dater la commande le jour d'arriver pour pouvoir le récupérer ce jour là et s'en servir que le lendemain. Pour la oystercard penser lors de la dernière utilisation de récupérer les 5£ par carte aux guichets présents à chaque sortie de métro. Il est tout de même difficile de rentabiliser le london pass en 2 jours nous avons fait 5 attractions et 1 utilisation m&m world oystercard indispensable malgré un logement hypercentre.
