Participate in a cooking class on Koh Samui, and learn how to prepare authentic Thai dishes facing the sea!
In the morning or early afternoon, you'll be picked up from your hotel and driven to the cooking class. In an open-air kitchen, learn to prepare and savor traditional dishes, while enjoying a breathtaking view of the sea, under the expert eye of a certified chef.
On the program, you'll choose five dishes from a varied menu. In the morning, in small groups, you'll prepare classics like Chicken Satay, Massaman curry or Tom Kha Gai soup. In the afternoon, you'll discover recipes like spring rolls or Panang curry, as well as desserts like banana with coconut milk.
The ingredients are provided and you'll have your own workspace to cook. The small group guarantees a friendlier atmosphere and allows you to receive more personalized attention throughout the course. At the end of the class, you can enjoy your creations and leave with a recipe book to recreate these dishes at home.
