Set off on a hike on Sainte-Marguerite to follow the trails of an ornithological reserve and to explore the sea-bed!
Equipped with all the necessary materials, head to the green island of Sainte-Marguerite in the Bay of Cannes. Once you have arrived on the island, discover the Batéguier ornithological reserve by foot where you will be able to observe different bird species that inhabit and nest in the area. The Batéguier Pond harbours a particular sea water that is mixed with the soft water of a well.
After this hike, head to the water with your snorkeling gear and explore the marine world and its marvelous surprises. In shallow depths, you will be able to observe a number of different Mediterranean flora and fauna. You will be able to spot posidonia seagrass, plants that form underwater prairies. These marine plants produce oxygen and make for great shelters for various aquatic flora and fauna.
You will then head back to the boat that will bring you back to the Port la Rague.
