Your day of Tuscan cuisine will begin with a trip to the historical San Lorenzo market.
Here you can select the necessary ingredients for your menu, with a professional chef to guide you and help you in your choices. On returning to the cookery school, you will prepare a four-course meal consisting of a starter, two mains and a dessert.
Afterwards you can taste and share your dishes in great company with a glass of Tuscan wine.
