Important information

  • Availability: Tuesday to Sunday (excluding the 1st Sunday of the month and exceptional dates)
  • Location: in front of the loggiato of Accademia delle Belle Arti
  • Time: 9am or 8:30am, depending on season
  • Duration: you can stay in the gallery for as long as you wish
  • Language: Italian, English, French, German, Spanish
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time
  • Please note that this visit is carried out with an audio guide
  • Audio guides are not available for children aged under 6 years old
  • Valid proof of ID will be requested in exchange for the audio guide, which will be conserved during the tour and given back when you drop off the audio guide at the end of the tour
  • In the event that the audio guide is lost or damaged, the visitor may be subect to a €250 fine 
  • Please note that water bottles exceeding 0,5L are not authorized in the museum and that it is forbidden to drink in the exhibit rooms. Security officials overseeing metal detector checks will confiscate all drinks
