Enjoy a traditional cookery class to discover the secrets of making traditional pizzas and Gelati!
You will meet your group in central Florence.
Your chef will first tell you all about the history of these two typically Italian dishes.
Learn every stage in the production of a real traditional pizza: how to select fine products, to make the dough and the sauce, cooking techniques etc.
Once you've mastered the art of pizza-making, you'll go onto creating an authentic Gelato (ice cream). Your chef will teach you how to choose the right ingredients, to blend them into a soft cream and to freeze the mixture to achieve a perfect ice cream.
When you finish, you can taste what you've made, accompanied by a drink (local wine, soda or water).
At the end of your meal, you'll be presented with a certificate as well as a booklet containing the different recipes prepared during the course.
