Good to know

  • Availability: Everyday (excluding exceptional dates)
  • You will be asked to indicate a provisional date for your visit when you book, but your pass is not restricted to this date – it will only be activated upon first use. This pass is valid for 2 years and can be used on the date of your choice
  • Duration: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 10 days (depending on chosen option)
  • The validity of the pass is counted in calendar days. For example, if you use the pass for the first time on a Monday at 4pm, Monday will count as 1 full day of use
  • For whatever duration the Dublin Pass is purchased, it is only valid for consecutive day use
  • After booking, you'll receive an email with a link to download the Go City App and sync your pass purchased on Ceetiz, for a better use on your mobile during your trip. It is important that you indicate the right email address when you book
  • If you do not wish to use the App, you can download a PDF version of your pass (with a QR code you'll have to scan at each attraction), and a guidebook including the addresses and times of each attraction. You can either print the PDF or show on your mobile
  • Each attraction can only be visited once. For this reason, it is recommended to check the opening times and days ahead 
  • You may visit as many sites or attractions as you wish per day
  • Some attractions require advance booking; all details will be given in the guide (attached to your booking voucher)
  • Others do not require booking, but may have long queues during peak periods
  • Some attractions might be temporarily unavailable
  • Please note the list of attractions can change at any time without notice
  • Dublin also has a few extremely popular attractions that don't have reservation requirements, but will involve wait times during busy periods
  • The hop-on-hop-off bus tour is valid for 1-day (regardless of the Dublin Pass® duration)
  • The Dublin Pass® does not grant access to temporary exhibitions or guided tours
  • Your Pass gives you skip-the-line access to certain attractions only, however you may still be required to undergo security checks prior to entrance at some venues
  • The Dublin Pass® is not transferable
  • The Dublin Pass® does not include a transportation card
  • Animals are not permitted
  • Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult
