Escape the intense Dubai heat and discover the first indoor ski resort in the Middle East!

Inside the sprawling Mall of the Emirates, you'll find the largest indoor ski resort in the Middle East! The resort boasts 5 ski runs that vary in difficulty, height, and slope. The largest slope is 400 metres long and has a vertical drop of more than 60 metres!

Skiers and snowboarders of all levels will have plenty of fun on the various runs and in the huge interactive snowpark. Spread out over more than 3000 square metres, it's the biggest indoor snowpark in the world! You can also go and meet the penguins!

There are several packages available to choose from; whether you're an avid skier, snowboarder, or if you just want to come in and cool off for a while, you'll find exactly what you're looking for!

When booking, you will have the choice of the following packages:

  • Snow Classic: unlimited access to all the snow park facilities (luge, climbing wall, ice cave, Giant Ball...) + 1 lift + Mountain Thriller attraction + ski suit and boot hire (no ski or snowboard in this option)
  • Snow Plus: everything included in Snow Classic + unlimited lifts + unlimited Mountain Thriller attraction + one attraction of your choice (Snow Bullet Ride attraction OR 2-hour ski/snowboard access) + standard locker hire + ski suit, socks, and boot hire + gloves + helmet
  • 2-hour Slope session/Ski Pass: unlimited access to the lifts and ski runs for 2 hours, equipment hire (skis or snowboard, ski suit, boots) (access to the snow park not included)
  • Full-day Slope Session/Ski Pass day: unlimited access to the lifts and ski runs for the whole day, equipment hire (ski or snowboard, ski suit, boots) + standard locker (access to the snow park not included). If you choose this option, please state your ski level when booking
  • Snow Premium: Unlimited access to all the snowpark facilities and activities + a meeting with the penguins* (40 minutes) + Ski Pass for the day OR a 1-hour ski lesson (for beginners) + equipment hire + rental of a standard locker

*Meeting with the penguins: 40 minutes with the penguins, rental of a standard locker, loan of a ski suit, boots, and fleece gloves

Please note: only the Snow Plus, Slope session/Ski Pass (2 hours or all day) and Snow Premium options include the ski/snowboard pass!

Good to know

  • Availability: every day (except in exceptional circumstances)
  • Opening hours:
  1. Monday to Thursday: 10 am to 11 pm
  2. Friday: 10 am to midnight
  3. Saturday and Sunday: 9 am to midnight

Last access is 1.5 hours before closing time.

Schedules are subject to change during the month of Ramadan

  • Duration: varies depending on the package chosen (ski/snowboarding lasts 2 hours)
  • Depart from: central Dubai (in the Mall of the Emirates - exact address will be shown on your voucher)
  • You will be required to show valid ID at the entrance
  • You may have to queue at the resort entrance. The queue usually moves quickly (about a 5- to 15-minute wait)
  • Participants must have a basic level to access the main slope
  • Children aged 3 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Children under 3 years old are not permitted
