Enjoy a traditional meal at the home of Asma, a French-speaking Emirati who will introduce you to her culinary specialties !
You will be picked up from your hotel and driven to the residential area of Mirdif, located in the east of Dubai. You'll be welcomed by Asma, a French-speaking Emirati who will open her doors to you for a meal. Asma lived in France for 2 years, in Toulouse and Perpignan, to study hotel management, before returning home. She will introduce you to traditional Emirati dishes. You will have the opportunity to discuss the dishes with her and ask her questions about Emirati customs. You will have the opportunity to share a dinner consisting of :
- Traditional homemade rose juice and various fruit juices
- Traditional pastries, homemade hors d'oeuvres and canapés, traditional soup
- Emirati salad with yogurt and mint, a choice of 4 salads
- Chicken/mutton biryani, spiced macaroni
- Local dessert, homemade cakes
- Dates, oriental tea
You will be escorted back to your hotel at the end of the meal.
