You will meet your chef on a traditional farm, about 30 minutes away from Malaga.
Learn all the secrets behind typical Spanish dishes. You will cook a starter and a main course, which will vary according to seasons (paella, rice soup, fideua, Malagueña style pork or meatballs with almond sauce). You will take part in the elaboration of the dish while sampling a glass of typical red wine.
Use fresh seasonal ingredients in a typically Mediterranean setting. At the end of the cooking class, you will taste the 2 dishes you have prepared as well as a dessert. With your meal, enjoy wine from the region or a non-alcoholic drink.
