In the early evening, you'll arrive at the Aranytíz House of Culture in central Budapest, near St. Stephen's Basilica in Pest. Here, you'll enjoy a performance consisting of a 40-minute first half, an intermission and a 40-minute second half.
You'll discover some of Hungary's finest folk groups, whose aim is to preserve centuries-old Hungarian traditions. Dressed in traditional costumes, they'll dance to a variety of themes, from war to celebrations, retracing hundreds of years of history. It's also an opportunity to discover and listen to the cimbalom, a Hungarian string instrument.
