Discover Brussels and Antwerp on a guided day tour with a photo stop at the Atomium!
You'll meet your guide at Saints-Michel-et-Gudule Cathedral to begin this excursion devoted to two of Belgium's major cities. The day begins with a walking tour of the historic center of Brussels. Passing through some of the capital's liveliest streets, you'll reach the Grand-Place and discover a number of emblematic sites, including Manneken Pis and the Galeries Royales. This first visit will give you a better understanding of Brussels' history, its architectural heritage and some local traditions.
You'll then continue your discovery of Brussels aboard a comfortable coach for a panoramic drive through the city before taking the road to Antwerp. This journey will give you another look at the Belgian capital and the diversity of its districts, between monuments, major thoroughfares and urban perspectives.
On arrival in Antwerp, you'll begin the guided tour near the Steen, an ancient medieval fortress located on the banks of the Scheldt. You'll then make your way to the Grote Markt, lined with elaborately decorated guild houses in the heart of the old city center. You'll then have free time to enjoy lunch and explore the city at your own pace. In the afternoon, you'll continue your guided tour to Antwerp's main railway station. This building, often cited as one of Europe's most beautiful stations, will be one of the highlights of your day. After this final stop, you'll head back to Brussels. An outdoor photo stop in front of the Atomium concludes the tour before you return to the city center. This full day tour combines a guided tour of Brussels, a visit to Antwerp and a glimpse of one of the Belgian capital's most famous monuments.
