Description

Take this 3-hour gastronomic tour in a small group to discover the culinary culture of the Belgian capital.

Your tour will lead you to some of the best restaurants of the city, where you will have the opportunity to taste local specialties. Throughout the activity, your guide will share tales about the history of gastronomic traditions in Brussels. You will also learn about the wider culinary culture of Belgium and the secret to making certain classic recipes, which you will be able to recreate back home.

This gourmet tour includes tasting a diverse range of traditional Belgian dishes, such as waterzooi, stoemp, chicons (Belgian chicory), carbonade flamande (Flemish stew), black pudding, and grey shrimp from the North Sea. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy some authentic Belgian fries, waffles, Speculoos cookies and, last but certainly not least, the most iconic of all Belgian vegetables: the brussel sprout!
