Discover the Arcachon Bay and the Dune of Pilat on an excursion departing from Bordeaux !
You'll set off in a small group towards the Arcachon Bay, accompanied by your guide who will share his knowledge with you.
You'll first reach the famous Dune of Pilat, Europe's highest sand dune culminating at 110 meters, where you'll begin your ascent. You'll have the opportunity to admire the panoramic view of the Arcachon bay and the Landes forest from the summit, while enjoying a glass of dry white wine.
Then explore the town of Arcachon aboard a van, where your guide will introduce you to the XIXᵉ century architecture of the town's neighborhoods as well as Pereire beach.
Following this, you'll head to a local producer for lunch to sample the specialty of the Arcachon Bay : oysters. You'll also enjoy a glass of white wine while taking in the view of the harbor.
You'll then head back to Bordeaux, returning around 3:00 pm.
