Description
Daniel will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to the plantation, 2 hours away from Bogotá.
Once at the plantation, an expert will show you the different steps involved in preparing coffee beans as we know them. The process starts with the agricultural cultivation, consisting of growing coffee bushes and harvesting the beans, then moves on to the processing phase, from the selection of beans to their roasting. Of course, you will have the chance to sample some locally produced coffee for yourself.
You can then stroll through the gardens of the impressive hacienda. Daniel will take you for lunch in a local restaurant so you can taste some authentic Colombian cuisine. Finally, he will show you around the town of Fusagasuga, known as the "Garden City of Columbia" for its many florist shops.
