Good to know

  • Availability: every day (excluding exceptional dates)
  • Departure point: Berlin-Tegel or Berlin-Schönefeld Airports
  • Your driver will be waiting for you just outside the arrivals gate holding a sign with the name you give upon booking
  • If you can’t find your driver, please call the number on your booking voucher
  • In the event that your flight is delayed, please contact the number on your voucher as soon as possible in order to notify your driver and avoid being considered a no-show
  • Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Baggage allowance: One piece of cabin sized luggage per person
