Enjoy personalized support throughout your vacation with this concierge service.

An expert specializing in your destination will be assigned to you for the duration of your trip. The specialist will even be available before your arrival to help you organize your activities, advise you on how to prepare for the destination and even guide you in choosing an itinerary.

Once you arrive, you can call your concierge for several services: advice on finding the best restaurants, reserving a table, shopping advice (specialized boutiques, souvenirs, etc.), advice on food delivery, transportation bookings (not including plane tickets), nanny services, meeting the locals, etc.

Make the most of the support from a real travel specialist, all while having the freedom to organize and enjoy your trip as you like!

Good to know

  • Availability: you will be asked to indicate a provisional date to book this service. You can simply choose today’s date. The service will be available starting from your booking date until the end of your trip (please note: if your trip is longer than 30 days, the service will no longer be available as of the 31st day)
  • Languages : French or English
  • This service is not limited to a particular destination. If you visit several cities during your trip (ex. a road trip), the service will be available in each visited city
  • Upon booking, your adviser will contact you to answer all your questions. You will get a number for contacting the concierge at any moment
  • In order to fully enjoy this service, download the Whatsapp application on your mobile device (available for free on the downloading platforms “App Store” and “Google Play”). You can communicate for free via Whatsapp calling or the “chat” (with the use of an internet connection)
  • If you do not wish to use the Whatsapp application, a classic telephone number will also be provided. It will be charged at local rates for calls made within France and at international rates for calls made from any other country
  • This service uses a network of hundreds of concierges throughout the world. Each destination specialist has detailed information, including his or her own personal experiences, to give you a quick and precise response to any request or question
  • Your adviser can respond to any legal request, outside of cancelling or modifying a flight or accommodation booking
  • This assistance service is not a substitute for medical or repatriation services. In the case of an accident, it is recommended that you consult your insurance company

  • Je recommande... Nous sommes partis entre 5 nanas à New York pour une semaine....Notre "concierge TRISTAN" a été au top. Hyper réactif pour n'importe quelle demande d'ordre culinaire, pratique, shopping...C'est vraiment un plus lorsque que l'on voyage dans un pays qu'on ne connait. Sans hésitation c'est une prestation que je reprendrais sans aucune hésitation. Attention WIFI nécessaire pour plus de praticité.

  • c'est une arnaque j'ai téléphoné à plusieurs reprises sans résultat j'ai demandé le remboursement sans résultat si je ne suis pas remboursé j'informerai les réseaux sociaux et conseillerai de prendre les billets directement sur key tours
