Cancellation with conditions
Spend 2 days discovering one of the most beautiful regions of New Zealand! During the tour we will stop or pass through the following places:
- Day 1 : Guided tour to Rotorua, with visits to Waitomo Caves, traditional farm and thermal springs
Travel by minibus through the Waikato, New Zealand's largest dairy region. There will be several stops, and in particular we shall visit the glittering Waitomo Caves! A picnic lunch will be served before arriving in Rotorua, a beautiful town located in a volcanic crater.
In the afternoon, you will be taken around the lake, and we shall visit a local farm to assist with the sheep shearing. We will also visit a Maori cultural centre where will will attend a demonstration of traditional dances. Afterwards we shall visit the Whakarewarewa thermal reserve to see the powerful geysers and hot springs.
In the evening you can choose either a buffet dinner at the hotel, or a traditional buffet dinner with Maori musical concert.
- Day 2 : Free Time in Rotorua
On the second day you are free to take a walk, or do whatever you please! There are excellent places around the lake which visitors love. If you prefer you can take part in local activities (Zorb, Polynesian Spa, Gondola, etc. - you will need to book these activities and pay at the destination).
You will be returned to your hotel in Auckland at the end of this great trip.
