Be charmed by the beauty and rich heritage of the Provence region!
Your minibus will set off from Aix en Provence to Saint Rémy de Provence, where a traditional market is held every Wednesday.
On your way you will make a photo stop at Glanum, the site of an ancient Roman city where you'll see France's oldest triumphal arch and a Roman Mausoleum. The excursion will then continue to Saint Paul Mausolée, famous as the location of the hospital where artist Van Gogh was sectioned.
You will then head to Baux de Provence. Built on a rocky spur this medieval village offers a spectacular view of the Provencal landscape. Fall under the charm of the town's quaint walkways and typical architecture.
The excursion will end with a tour of the ancient city of Arles, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. See numerous Roman relics including arenas, an ampitheatre, the famous Saint-Tophime church and the Forum, plus the pleasant summer gardens and the Van Gogh Foundation.
At the end of the day, you will be driven back to Aix en Provence.
